Hollie Strahm, Chief Operations Officer

Hollie joined Coast Community Health Center as the chief operations officer in June of 2018. Hollie’s long time professional experience includes her deep commitment to serving the underserved and vulnerable, 10+ years in public health working with un/under insured, tribal clinics, and collaborative community solution-based health and wellness for the region’s homeless community members. She has experience in quality and performance management, agency compliance, practice management, and integrated health care models. Hollie has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years, holds a Masters in Social Work, certificate in Rural Population Health Management, a certificate in Project Management, and a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma. She has worked predominately in community-based settings including Federally Qualified Health Centers, and has extensive knowledge in public health programing, Medicare and Medicaid systems, and social service programs. Her work history includes both micro and macro level experience in the healthcare system, from direct client care and care coordination, to agency accreditation, medical home model certification, and healthcare administration.
