Filling and Paying for Prescriptions

We have pharmacies at both our Bandon and Port Orford Clinics for your convenience.

REFILLS:

If you use a different pharmacy simply ask them to fax a refill request to the health center.

We have a two business day refill policy.

Remember to schedule a follow up visit if your provider requires a check-up or lab work before prescribing refills.

Feel free to ask for assistance if you need help finding comparable prescriptions covered by your insurance company. And, if you need help paying for your medication, ask our staff about prescription assistance programs. Medicare patients may contact SHIBA for information about prescription coverage.

Coast Community Health Center Pharmacy

The 340B Drug Pricing Program provides eligible health care providers, such as health centers, access to outpatient drugs at reduced prices to our Patients. By purchasing medications at a lower cost, health centers can pass the savings along to their patients through reduced drug prices, and/or use the additional savings to support their mission to expand access and improve health outcomes for their patients.

Visit our Pharmacy page for more information.
