Medical Services

Dental Services

Your provider will recommend dental care as needed. And, we can help with costs.

Free or reduced-cost dental services may include

Oral hygiene services
Basic exams, including x-rays
Urgent and emergency dental services
Periodontal services
Restorative fillings
Extractions

Reproductive Health

Our health center offers free contraceptives, contraceptive counseling and annual exams to women and men who meet financial guidelines.

Our staff can provide information about how to sign up. Reproductive health conversations are confidential.

Reproductive health services are supported by CCare, the Oregon Contraceptive Care program.

Vaccinations for Children

The VCF program, Vaccines for Children, helps provide vaccines for children whose parents or guardians may not be able to afford them.

Children under age 19 qualify if they–

• are eligible for OHP,
• do not have health insurance,
• have health insurance that doesn’t cover vaccines, or
• are an American Indian or Alaska Native.

Ask us which vaccines are recommended for children in your home.

Payment & Prescriptions

Sliding Fee Discount Program

We welcome private pay, insured and uninsured patients. No one is turned away based on inability to pay.

Our sliding fee discount program is open to all patients, even if you have health insurance. Eligibility is based on your household’s yearly income and family size.

Prescription Assistance

Our 340B pharmacy provides prescriptions at a reduced cost by passing rebates from pharmaceutical manufacturers to patients. We also stock a variety of over the counter supplements and medications.

Talk with your provider if you are having trouble paying for your medication. We can offer emergency prescription assistance.

Health Insurance & Program Enrollment

SHIBA – Medicare Enrollment

Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance is a free, federally funded program. Information and enrollment help is available to those eligible for Medicare, their family members and caregivers.

Trained volunteer enrollment counselors provide plain-language descriptions of–

• Medicare health benefits,
• Medicare prescription plans, and
• Supplemental benefits available with private health insurance policies.

The open enrollment period for Medicare benefits is October through December each year. Adults who will celebrate their 65th birthday in the coming calendar year are eligible to sign up for Medicare insurance. Medicare is publicly funded health insurance for patients age 65 and older. You may qualify for Medicare if you are under 65 years of age and have a disability.

OHP and Federal Marketplace Health Insurance

Oregon’s public health insurance, Oregon Health Plan, is now available to more children and adults. Eligibility is based on household income.

Our Population Health staff are trained to help you check your eligibility for OHP or Federal Marketplace insurance plans, and sign up. The service is free and confidential. Visit our Population Health Section to learn about appointments or drop-in times.
