Students and Families Welcome!

Students in the 2CJ Port Orford/Langlois School District can make health care appointments at the Pirate Wellness Center at Pacific High School throughout the school year. Family members living in the same household are also welcome, including parents or guardians and pre-kindergarten children.

Services at Pirate Wellness Center

Pirate Wellness Center is open Tuesdays, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., when school is in session.

Schedule wellness exams, immunizations and flu shots, sport physicals, and receive treatment of illness or injury. Our providers offer age appropriate reproductive health education and medical care and STI testing, as well as dispensing of contraception prescriptions.

awardAffordable Health Services

Coast Community Health Center coordinates with 2CJ staff for health education and wellness activities. Ask school faculty about free and reduced-cost services and when those services will be scheduled.

Health center patients are never turned away for inability to pay. We accept OHP and private insurance, and we offer a private pay sliding scale option.

Planning Your Visit

Call Pacific High School or Coast Community Health Center to make an appointment.

First time visitors are asked to complete a new patient information packet before your visit, including Oregon Health Plan or private insurance information. Those without insurance can ask about our sliding scale payment options.
