Dr. Homes, Interim Chief Medical Officer at Coast Community Health Center

Dr. Holmes, Interim Chief Medical Officer at Coast Community Health Center. He was the original CMO when the Bandon Clinic opened at the present facility in 2014.

Dr. Holmes is a Board Certified Family Physician. He attended the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine, and completed his residency at the Community Hospital of Sonoma County.

Dr. Holmes is skilled in chronic care management and has dedicated much of his career to addressing the needs of patients with complex medical problems. He has also worked to help families and patients with hospice and palliative care.

Dr. Holmes believes medical care is a human right. He believes that the most important thing in medicine is the connection with patients. He is adamant that it takes every member of the healthcare team to serve the patient well.

We know Dr. Holmes will serve as Interim CMO with the same dedication and integrity he has maintained throughout his career. Thank you, Dr. Holmes, for stepping into this role to serve our community!
