Coast Community Health Center has extended patient appointment hours and now offers after hours contact. Take advantage of evening appointment times on Thursdays from 5 to 8 p.m.
Our medical team understands that health concerns aren’t limited to regular business hours. Patients who have an urgent, but non life threatening medical need after business hours should call the health center, 541-347-2529. Follow the recorded message prompt, and dial “0” to reach the after hours attendant. The on-call doctor or nurse practitioner will return your call within 60 minutes.
In a life-threatening emergency, dial 9-1-1, or go to the nearest emergency room.

The Coast Community Health Center staff wish everyone in the community a happy and healthy holiday season.
Please be advised, the health center will be closed for holiday and service days in December and January.
- Early 1 p.m. close Wednesday, December 24
- Closed Thursday, December 25 and Thursday, January 1
- Closed Thursday, January 15
Please plan ahead for prescription refills, and ask your pharmacy to send a refill request to the clinic. Coast Community Health Center has a two business day refill policy.
