ADAPT
Adapt provides quality substance abuse treatment and mental health services in Southern Oregon, including residential and outpatient treatment services for teens and adults.

AllCare
AllCare is a Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) for Southern Coos, Curry, Jackson and Josephine Counties. If you have questions about your OHP coverage, contact AllCare at 541-471-4106.

Oregon Department of Human Services
DHS is Oregon’s principal agency for helping Oregonians achieve wellbeing and independence. Programs include SNAP food benefits for adults and children. Our health center outreach staff can help facilitate DHS applications for nutrition assistance.

Oregon Food Bank
Oregon Food Bank collects food from many sources and distributes food through approximately 1,200 food assistance sites serving all of Oregon.

Oregon Health Authority
The mission of Oregon Health Authority is to help people and communities achieve optimum physical, mental and social well-being through partnerships, prevention and access to quality, affordable health care.

Oregon Office of Rural Health
The mission of the Oregon Office of Rural Health is to improve the quality, availability, and accessibility of health care for rural Oregonians.

Advanced Health
Advanced Health is a Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) serving people in Coos and Curry Counties who are on the Oregon Health Plan. If you have questions about your OHP coverage, contact Advanced Health at 541-269-7400.

AHEC of Southwestern Oregon
Area Health Education Centers, operated by Oregon Health Sciences University, develop the health workforce for Oregon beginning with youth education, through professional training and support for practicing professionals.

Bandon School District
Coast Community Health Center works with the Bandon schools to provide students with medical care in our Bandon clinic and in outreach events at the schools, including sport physicals, immunizations and insurance enrollment assistance.

Dental Foundation of Oregon Tooth Taxi and Ready to Smile
These programs provide direct care and dental education, especially for children, with mobile dental services.

Oregon Health Science University
OHSU works to support organizations such as the Office of Rural Health, and programs such as AHEC. OHSU medical students participate in clinical training at Coast Community Health Center.

Oregon State University Extension Service
The OSU Extension Family and Community Health program provides resources for health and wellness with a focus on disease prevention and management. The Coos County extension office is located in Myrtle Point, Oregon. Health programs are coordinated by Stephanie Polizzi, MPH,
Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist.
