Outreach Services Near You

Bandon and Port Orford Offices
Our Community Health Outreach Workers and enrollment assisters are available for appointments in our Bandon and Port Orford offices Monday through Friday.

Pacific High School
1st and 3rd Thursdays, while school is in session
Health care services are available for students and families in the Port Orford/Langlois schools. Read more at our Pirate Wellness Center page.

Community Events

You may have spotted us in your neighborhood offering sport physicals at schools, nutrition education at the grocery store, health insurance enrollment at the public library, or tetanus shots at the boat dock.

Coast Community Health Center teams up with many area organizations to take health services and wellness resources to the places you work, study and play. If your business, organization or service club would like to work with us, contact our outreach staff in Bandon or Port Orford.
