Here, you’ll find up to date information about our health care services. You can read about our medical team: Doctor Hank Holmes, Family Nurse Practitioners Laura Bye and Debra Guzman, Registered Nurse Janice Roberts, as well as our medical assistants and patient services staff.
One of the most exciting elements of our new web presence is our Electronic Health Records Patient Portal. Our EHR system allows your doctor or nurse practitioner to record your medical information electronically and share information with you, via the Patient Portal.
If you’re already a Coast Community Health Center patient, call our patient services desk, at extension 9, to request activation of your Patient Portal account.
New patients can take advantage of the Patient Portal as well. Start your preregistration online any time that’s convenient for you.
