Coast Community Health Center is proud to support National Health Center Week, August 9 through 15, 2015, with free public health and nutrition events in Bandon and Port Orford.

Get tips on healthy, budget-friendly meals and snacks for youngsters, adults and seniors. Experts from Oregon State University Extension Coos and Curry offices will share recipes and tasty food samples. Meet your Coast Community Health Center outreach workers, and feel free to ask questions about wellness resources in our area.

National Health Center Week is a celebration of community health center success in expanding access to quality and affordable primary and preventive health care services nationwide. The event is organized by the National Association of Community Health Centers, celebrating 50 years in 2015.
