The Outreach Office in Port Orford has recently relocated to our new property on 1312 Tichenor Street next to Driftwood Elementary.

This has been an exciting season for the health center as we have created a comfortable expanded space to better serve North Curry County residents.  The Outreach and Enrollment team has been delighted to have a fresh welcoming space to provide application assistance, and advocacy to many in the area.

If you have not yet visited the Port Orford Outreach office, Coast Community Health Center hopes to see you at our upcoming Open House.  January 26th from 5pm-7pm, the outreach office will be open with staff on-hand to answer questions about our current services, as well as our 2017 expansion project which will bring a full service wellness center to Port Orford.  With live music, refreshments, and door prizes, we hope you’ll come join us for a fun informative evening celebrating all the new things Coast Community Health Center is doing is doing in North Curry County.

This location has helped many residents with free phone use, enabling clients to speak with Senior and Disabled, DHS, OHP, or other social services.  The free wi-fi enables students, or job seekers to complete much needed work at our open lobby work table.  This office now offers a monthly visit by Oregon Coast Community Action, ORCAA, in order to bring resources directly to the community.  The ongoing partnership with Curry County Veteran’s representative, Tony Voudy, as well as Southern Oregon Community College representative, Karim Shumaker, is a wonderful connection point for residents in our conveniently located office space.  Come check out the new location, attend our Open House January 26th from 5pm-7pm and find out all the ways Coast Community Health Center can serve you!
